Mooi Residences_3 Bedroom
This renovation began with a clear objective: to create a home defined by order, clarity, and long-term usability. Full-height cabinetry was custom designed and applied across the home to maximise storage while keeping elevations clean, aligned, and uninterrupted. Rather than relying on loose furniture, key functions were integrated directly into the carpentry, including work areas, vanities, recessed niches, and storage, allowing each space to remain efficient without visual clutter.
Circulation and zoning were carefully considered. Vertical elements and fluted detailing were introduced selectively to define transitions, frame key areas, and guide movement through the home without the need for heavy partitions. Joinery lines, panel proportions, and material finishes were consistently aligned to maintain visual continuity from one space to the next. Open shelving was used only where daily access was required, providing practicality while preserving the overall sense of restraint. Throughout the home, finishes were kept consistent so each area reads as part of a single, cohesive volume rather than a series of disconnected rooms.
The result is a modern home shaped by precision and intention, where every detail serves a purpose and nothing exists without reason. Designed to feel calm, organised, and effortless to live in, this is a space that does not demand attention. It earns it over time.
