Company was willing to solve all the problems encountered responsibly. After completion, follow up defects were promptly rectified. Reliable company to work with. Quality of work was reasonable and ID was always accommodating when possible. ID was also able to provide suggestions and feedback on ideas that we wanted and managed to achieve our expectations of about 90%. There was always a Project Manager with a backup to ensure that there is constant follow up and progress updates on the work that is being done.
